Breaking News - UCI representatives were present at an historic 2-day conference: The Status of Jerusalem Under International Law,
Future Options for the City
Above is the CBN.org coverage.
Help UCI to encourage Israeli leadership to "Stand Firm on San Remo" - especially in light of ongoing efforts towards a terrorist, apartheid state within Israeli borders.
UCI is championing Israel's rightful claim to the land of Israel. We stand in solidarity with international and Israeli leadership and say:
"Israel, You are the landowners! Don't give up the land for which you have international legal proof of ownership. Stand firm on San Remo!"

We oppose a terrorist, apartheid Palestinian state. Newt Gingrich was right when he said, "I think we've had an invented Palestinian people." Indeed, these "invented people" would become the world's most heinous terrorist state formed for no other reason than to usurp international rights and to destroy the lone bastion of human rights and democracy in the Middle East, the nation of Israel. (See "Recent history" below.)
On April 25th, 1920 after WWI, the Supreme Council of Allied Powers met in San Remo, Italy to decide the future boundaries of the Middle East. Although none of the overall boundaries have been altered since then, many false arguments have arisen in opposition to these firmly established precedents.
The 1920 decision of the Supreme Council of the Principal Allied Powers, Britain, France, Japan, Italy (with the US not present but in full agreement) is legally binding to this day.
Especially in light of the ongoing efforts to secure statehood by Fatah leadership, the 1920 San Remo Conference must be fully taken into account. The Palestinian Authority's end-run action at the UN was designed to avoid legal negotiations with the already sovereign State of Israel. San Remo-based International law stands firmly on the side of Israel and against any Palestinian Authority or UN declarations.

Help UCI to spread this vital message: "Israel, YOU are the landowners. Don't give up the land for which you have internationally-recognized, legal right. Stand firm on San Remo!" We will send our new, comprehensive DVD documentary, "Israel, Stand Firm on San Remo" with your donation of any size. Don't delay, help us share this message today.

Recent history:
Professor Paul Eidelberg - "The PLO was founded in 1964, three years before the Six-Day War of June 1967, when Israel regained possession of Judea and Samaria, which Jordan named the 'West Bank' to erase Jewish history. During the nineteen years that Jordan ruled Judea and Samaria (1948-1967), not a word was heard of a 'Palestinian people.'”
"In fact, Arabs began to flock into this area only after the Six-Day War, when this utterly desolate land came under Israeli rule."
George Gilder - “Under Israeli management, economic growth in the West Bank and Gaza surged for some twenty years at a rate of 30 percent in 1979, averaging 25 percent per year …” He goes on to say: “…without the presence of the Jews, there is no evidence that the Palestinians would particularly want these territories for a nation.” (The Israel Test, p. 26)
Professor Efraim Karsh - “…conditions in the territories were quite dire. Life expectancy was low, malnutrition, infectious diseases, and child mortality were rife; and the level of education was very poor. Prior to the 1967 war, fewer than 60 percent of all male adults had been employed … During the 1970s, the West Bank and Gaza constituted the fourth fastest-growing economy in the world … with per capita GDP expanding tenfold between 1968 and 1991 … Life expectancy rose from 48 years in 1967 to 72 in 2000 … By 1986, 92.8 percent of the population … had electricity around the clock, as compared to 20.5 percent in 1967 … [Similar advances occurred in hygiene, healthcare, child mortality, immunizations, and communications, which all rose to levels equal or exceeding other Middle East countries]. The number of school children … grew by 102 percent … Even more dramatic was the progress in higher education. [From zero in 1967] by the early 1990s, there were seven [universities] boasting some 16,500 students.” (Aish.com Article).
The growth rate began to decline with the ascendancy of the PLO (after the Oslo Accords) and the introduction of foreign aid, which increased the power of Yasser Arafat’s emerging kleptocracy.

Dr. Jacques P. Gauthier is a Canadian lawyer whose life's work has been devoted to a thesis proving the legitimacy of the Jewish claim to Jerusalem under international law. In his first ever presentation to a Christian audience, this thorough analysis of the Jewish people's legal claim to their capital was given at the ICEJ's Feast of Tabernacles celebration of 2010.
