Itamar Marcus is one of the foremost authorities on Palestinian ideology and policy. For five years Palestinian Media watch, under his direction, has monitored Palestinian attitudes as expressed by Palestinian leadership and spokespeople in the media and in education.
He is frequently asked to lecture and present analyses on Palestinian ideologies in educational, cultural and governmental frameworks and for the media. He was appointed to represent Israel in the trilateral Anti-Incitement Committee.
